Getting Serious

Getting Serious includes an online assessment and three one-hour zoom coaching session with your coach. You’ll go over the assessment, and do exercises with your coach. Your coach will work with you to plan future conversations and/or exercises for the two of you. If you are interested in booking more sessions after this one, you are more than welcome to!
